Ab ye Jo binary digit hain inme jo aapki computer ki memory ka sabse chhota Jo matrak hota hai jise ham "Bit" kahte hain uska space cover karta hai.

Example :-  1 BINARY DIGIT = 1 BIT

Ab "byte" par ham thoda ruk jate hain kyuki Computer me jab aap koi bhi sabd type karte hain to wo ek "byte" ke barabar hota hai yani 8 "bits" ke barabar hota hai

To jab aap computer me koi bhi ek sabd type karte hain to waha par Jo sabd hai abcd computer ko kuch bhi dikhai nhi deta yani man lijiye hamne A likha to computer ko wo kuch is tarah se dikhai dega.
                       A=01100001

Yani ye Jo binary code hai wahi Computer ko dikhai deta hai aapke dwara type Kia hua sabd nahi.

Example :-  Jab ham Notepad me koi blank file save karte hain to uska size 0 "bytes" hota hai aur jab ham ise koi bhi ek letter jaise A likhkar save kar dete hain to iska size 1 "bytes" ho jata hai.
  Kyuki ;   8 BITS = 1 BYTE = 1 LETTER

Aur 1 byte me 8 bits isiliye hote hain kyuki jab aap koi ek letter type karte hain to waha par Jo code banta hai wo 8 binary digit ka banta hai aur 8 binary digit ki value 1 byte ke barabar hoti hai , to aasha hai ye chiz aap samajh gaye honge.
Ab chahiye thoda aur jaan lete hain.

Jab 1024 "bytes" mil jati hain to 1 "KB" (kilobyte) banti hai.

Example :-  1024 BYTE = 1 KILOBYTE (KB)
